Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues even after termination of Services.

7. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

• Revenue growth

• Lead volume

• Conversion rates

Marketing performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control, including market conditions, offer quality, and execution on the client side.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crexscale shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the preceding 30 days.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time if:

• You breach these Terms

• You fail to make required payments

• Your actions harm our business or reputation

Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
